A system to anonymously report crimes perpetrated by public figures.
It must be hosted somewhere safe and have open-source code to show people it will not record their traces.
Data must stay online. People will comment and discuss the truth of facts anonymously. Certainly, a lot of anti-abuse measures must be set up.
The system will try to make sure the person submitting the report is safe too. It might require the use of Tor and some system checkups on the client side.
